Your order may take 10 working days to refunded after validation. A fee of 15% of the value of your order + taxes will be applied, this cost refers to processing costs.

Requests to return your order are accepted if your tickets have not been validated at the park entrance and cancellations are only permitted up to 48 hours before the ticket date. In case of non-cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made.
